Remote Tech Support Specialist

The Mechanical/Electrical Technical Support Specialist is a pivotal role within the Customer Service Department. This position is primarily responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance over the phone, conducting parts research and pricing, delivering technical training, and offering occasional on-site technical support as needed.
