 Responsibilities：
 
 
 
 1. Own and drive the product Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, translating product capabilities and technical value into clear, compelling messaging for customers, partners, and internal teams.
 
 
 2. Act as the product evangelist and subject-matter expert, responsible for product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation across target markets and customer segments.
 
 
 3. Enable presales, sales, and partner teams through structured product training, demo narratives, pitch decks, solution briefs, and use-case&ndash;driven storytelling.
 
 
 4. Lead and support customer-facing product engagements, including product briefings, workshops, roadshows, executive presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions.
 
 
 5. Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to deeply understand product architecture, roadmap, and technical capabilities, and translate them into market-facing content.
 
 
 6. Develop and maintain GTM assets, including:
 
 
 a. Product presentations and demo scripts
 
 
 b. Competitive comparison and battlecards
 
 
 c. Use cases, solution architectures, and reference scenarios
 
 
 d. Industry-specific positioning (e.g. government, finance, critical infrastructure)
 
 
 e. Gather market, customer, and presales feedback to inform product roadmap discussions, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
 
 
 f. Support major bids, RFPs, and strategic opportunities by providing product expertise, solution alignment, and executive-level articulation of value.
 
 
 g. Continuously improve existing products&rsquo; market readiness, including messaging, feature articulation, performance positioning, and solution clarity.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 1. Native English speaker or fully proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); ability to present complex concepts clearly and confidently.
 
 
 2. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; cybersecurity background is a strong plus.
 
 
 3. 3+ years of experience in product GTM, product marketing, presales, solution consulting, or technical evangelism roles.
 
 
 4. Experience working with or within international companies, multicultural teams, or global customers.
 
 
 5. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proven ability to engage senior management, executives, and board-level stakeholders.
 
 
 6. Strong technical understanding or hands-on exposure to SIEM / SOC / EDR / AI Security platforms (experience may come from product, presales, SOC, or engineering roles).

We&rsquo;re looking for a Staff Software Engineer Evangelist to join Procore&rsquo;s Infrastructure Platform division to work on our commercial initiatives. In this role, you&rsquo;ll help build and evangelize Procore&rsquo;s next-generation construction compute platform for others to build upon, including Procore developers, analysts, partners, and customers.
As a Staff Software Engineer Evangelist, you&rsquo;ll partner with other engineers and product managers across Product &amp; Technology to develop and maintain compute platform capabilities that enable SaaS based products to operate in a secure and compliant environment. A core part of this role is focusing on internal developer enablement, ensuring a seamless platform experience, and evangelizing platform features and best practices. What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul>

Lead in the design and implementation of our next-generation platform for the construction industry, primarily focused on building and supporting distributed systems, internal developer experience, and ease of adoption.</li>

Act as a platform evangelist, creating documentation, leading training sessions, and sharing best practices to enable internal engineering teams to utilize platform features effectively.</li>
<li>
Drive and support the engineering team in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring platform stability, observability, and compliance.</li>
<li>
Help identify and propose solutions for technical gaps in our platform by running proof of concepts and experiments, with a keen eye on the latest advancements in the Kubernetes ecosystem.</li>
<li>
Work alongside our Product, UX, and IT teams, leveraging your expertise to influence our product roadmap and deliver innovative solutions that enhance developer productivity.</li>

Stay up to date with the latest platform and Kubernetes technology trends, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.</li>

What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul>

4+ years of experience maintaining application services in kubernetes clusters.</li>
<li>
Experience provisioning and operating cloud native tools at scale.</li>
<li>
3+ years of experience as a CKD.</li>
<li>
6+ years of experience operating cloud-based, highly available, distributed, and scalable systems with large amounts of data.</li>
<li>
Experience and proficiency in composing and maintaining kubernetes manifests, such as Helm and Kustomize.</li>
<li>
Experience and proficiency in managing infrastructure as code, such as Terraform.</li>
<li>
Experience in advising development and customized automation for CI/CD pipelines and building container images.</li>

Experience with AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, IAM etc.)</li>
