Serves as the Aviation Maintenance Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Technical Inspector under the direction of the QC Manager. Responsibilities encompass the sign-off of all red &lsquo;X&rsquo; and circle red &lsquo;X&rsquo; conditions related to aircraft systems and components. Engages in technical inspection of specific airframe, powertrain, power-plant, armament, electrical, and avionics systems. Evaluates the need for Maintenance Test Flights (MTF) and Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), providing inspection criteria interpretation to the maintenance staff. Utilizes common measuring tools, precision measuring gauges, and alignment fixtures (GFE). Assists the Customer in maintaining a current technical library and relevant aircraft forms and records. Collaborates with the Customer Weight and Balance (W&amp;B) technician to complete Weight and Balance records for all assigned aircraft, adhering to Customer directives and applicable manuals. Assumes the role of the site QC Data Analyst and the technical and compliance documentation administrator. Establishes maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, measures, and reports, supporting the maintenance program for all maintenance support activities. Prioritizes safety in all related operations and conducts maintenance and technical inspector training as required, inputting OJT training data into the learning management system database.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs quality technical inspection of aircraft, equipment, vehicles, aircraft components, parts, and systems (including avionics, electrical, instrument and armament) as required by functional assignment.</li><li>
Performs quality and safety inspections of on-site equipment and tools used in aircraft maintenance, vehicles, and equipment.</li><li>
Performs in-progress and final quality technical inspections during maintenance, repair, modification, rework, and overhaul of aircraft, aircraft components, and component parts.</li><li>

Job Vacancy: Inspector (I&amp;C)</b></div>

We are seeking a qualified and experienced <b>Inspector (I&amp;C)</b> to join our team for utility and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE legislation, codes of practice, and industry best practices.</div>

<div><b>Job Purpose</b></div>
<div>
To supervise and inspect the electrical/instrumentation works mainly on the pumping stations currently operated by TAQA-WS, ensuring Contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and Abu Dhabi authority requirements.</div>
<div><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Inspect and supervise the installation of electrical / instrumentation equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with TAQA standards, project specifications, and approved method statements.</li>
<li>Issue NCRs for non-conforming works and follow up on corrective actions.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Contractor, QA/QC teams, and Resident Engineer.</li>
<li>Prepare daily inspection reports and site documentation.</li>
<li>Minimum Qualifications</li>
<li>Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in relevant field.</li>
<li>7&ndash;10 years inspection experience in similar nature of projects.</li>
<li>Prior experience and approval on TAQA project is preferable.</li>
<li>Experience working for an Engineering Consultant is mandatory.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Additional Requirements</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC inspection procedures and authority approvals.</li>
<li>Familiar with Abu Dhabi DMT and TAQA requirements.</li>
<li>Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.</li>
<li>Able to independently supervise and enforce compliance on site.</li>
</ul>
