   Analyse training requirements, conduct and evaluate Job Analysis (JA) as well as Gap Analysis (GA) in order to generate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and in doing so to identify training solutions which satisfy the needs of the EYETT.
  </li>
  <li>
   Generate a Training Syllabus (TS) from the TNA or the direct stipulated requirements which supports the training courses delivered by EYETT.
  </li>
  <li>
   Production of suitable and sufficient training course material for effective delivery of the subjects to EYEngTT requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver efficient and effective training in accordance with EYETT policies, processes and best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act in the capacity of invigilator for examinations conducted by EYETT.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop their own skills and subject knowledge base by methods such as observing colleagues and attending training courses.
  </li>

   Ensure that Training Managers are kept informed as to the state of compliance of the organization with regards to CAR/Part-147 or CAR/Part-66.
  </li>

   Attend training and development meetings as required by EYETT management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Complete Attendance Registers, maintain records of students work, and maintain behavioural standards in the learning environment.

   Compile examination questions, as required by the Examination Manager (EM), through EYETT management for the EYETT examination question database.

 Experience and Education:

   A minimum of four years of experience as an instructor in logistics/general subjects is required.
  </li>
  <li>
   A minimum of two years of military experience is an advantage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience applying the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) is an advantage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent writing skills with aptitude in preparing studies, briefings or doctrinal literature on a subject matter is an advantage.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to conduct analysis, and develop performance oriented instruction and lesson plans is required.
