As a Quality Assurance Technical Leader for our AI Software& Platform team you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Generative AI products. <b>Minimum Qualifications:</b><br>

<br>Cisco Silicon One is the center of Cisco’s ASIC design and is driving the development of next-generation network devices for the AI/ML era. <br>As a Senior Software Development Manager for the Silicon One Customer Engineering team, you will lead a dynamic group of software engineers in North America and collaborate closely with our customers in North America and Silicon One Engineering teams in the USA and Europe. You will be at the forefront of managing, supporting, and delivering sophisticated software development kits that are integral to Cisco's networking solutions to Silicon One customers.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:

<li>1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;</li>

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
