Own technical product narratives for LangSmith, with a focus on Observability and Evaluation</li><li>
Explain how teams build, evaluate, and operate agents in production through clear, credible technical storytelling</li><li>
Write technical blog posts, author tutorials, and build demos on observability, evaluation, and agent best practices</li><li>
Create long-form video tutorials and short-form demo content that shows the product in action, starring you!</li><li>
Contribute evergreen technical content for education and SEO when needed</li><li>
Create product and customer-facing content used across launches, campaigns, and events</li><li>
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to trial features and validate technical messaging</li><li>
Enable sales with competitive analysis, technical deep dives, and clear objection handling</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What we're looking for:</h2><ul><li>
6&ndash;10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or developer marketing</li><li>
Experience working on highly technical products, ideally developer tools, infrastructure, or observability platforms</li><li>
Experience marketing to engineering and technical product teams</li><li>
Ability to code and reason about agentic production systems, including observability and evaluation workflows</li><li>
Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and technical architectures, with the ability to explain them clearly</li><li>
Background as an engineer, formal engineering education, or equivalent hands-on experience</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communicator, including experience creating technical content and leading demos or presentations</li><li>
Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, credible narratives for technical audiences</li><li>
Engaging on screen and on-stage storyteller</li><li>
Proven ability to partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing</li><li>
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-context environment with a bias toward shipping and iteration</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
