Cradle-to-Grave Product Delivery &amp; PMO</b></p><ul><li><b>Roadmap Custodian:</b> Maintain enterprise PMO frameworks to track all strategic initiatives, ensuring that no roadmap milestones fall through the cracks.</li><li><b>Release Orchestration:</b> Manage feature deployments from development to production, ensuring zero surprises for the broader business.</li><li><b>Operational Readiness:</b> Lead internal training and hand-off processes immediately following feature validation, ensuring the Solutions Center (SC) and Account Management (AM) teams are fully equipped to deploy tools and train school districts.</li><li><b>Marketing Sync: </b>Partner with the Marketing team to ensure client-facing guides, release notes, and feature announcements launch in perfect synchronization with engineering production pushes.</li><li><b>Third-Party &amp; Buy vs. Build Evaluation:</b> Assist with evaluating third-party software and conducting make-vs.-buy analyses to ensure strategic alignment.</li><li><b>Implementation Support:</b> Assist with our customer implementation processes.</li></ul><p><b>2. Cross-Functional AI Enablement</b></p><ul><li><b>Requirement Synthesis:</b> Collaborate with non-technical business units to identify operational friction points and convert legacy manual workflows into high-fidelity functional requirements.</li><li><b>AI Pipeline Integration:</b> Serve as the lead project manager for the AI Operations track, ensuring that internal agentic AI tools are architected, validated, and deployed to drive organizational efficiency.</li></ul><p><b>3. KPIs, Metrics &amp; Board Reporting</b></p><ul><li><b>Data-Driven Governance:</b> Define, track, and maintain executive KPI dashboards across all core technical and operational pillars:</li><li><i>Engineering: </i>Delivery velocity, sprint predictability, and hand-off efficiency.</li><li><i>AI Internal Utilities:</i> Adoption rates, internal process time savings, and operational ROI.</li><li><i>Solutions Center &amp; Data Team:</i> Ingestion accuracy, validation turnaround, and system health metrics.</li><li><b>Executive Visibility:</b> Consolidate departmental metrics, project trackers, and strategic milestones to assist the CTO/CIO in building high-impact presentations for the Board of Directors.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 3&ndash;5 years of experience in technical project management, product operations, tech consulting, or a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.</li><li><b>Technical Fluency:</b> Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, data workflows, and modern web application delivery.
