Actively participate in the development and commercialization of new programs by working with PLM, SBUs, sales and marketing management for the assigned product, application, and/or market. Ability to track product margin on monthly basis and discuss with stakeholders during deviations, identify alternate products/Innovation to retain customers and product GM.</li><li>
Proactive in supporting &amp; developing strategic market plan for specific segment/product which includes target customer segment, estimate market potential, competitor info, revenue plan, support required, etc.</li><li>
Assists in creating value documentation &amp; value delivery tools to our sales team to identify and quantify value provided by Nalco programs. Skills and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferably in Chemical engineering or science or biotechnology (chemical, mechanical, industrial, chemistry, geochemistry)</li><li>

Position Purpose: A Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS) Design Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's exterior and interior product and services to customers. The Design Consultant's primary responsibility is outside sales visits to customer homes and trade shows. Although sales efforts and incidental activities may take place at a customer's home or through virtual channels, a Design Consultant will spend the majority of his or her working time traveling and away from a dedicated office environment.
