Minimum 3 years working directly with customer accounts</li><li>
Minimum 1+ year of experience with one or more SaaS products</li><li>

Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with departments across the organization, including Sales, Support, QA, Product Management, Finance, etc</li><li>
Experience presenting both to groups and one-on-one</li><li>
