This dual-role position combines customer service responsibilities with hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers while also performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services.</p><p>Key ResponsibilitiesService Advisor Duties:</p><ul><li>Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional manner</li><li>Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance</li><li>Explain technical issues and recommended services clearly to customers</li><li>Schedule service appointments and manage workflow</li><li>Communicate repair progress and timelines</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction</li><li>Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues</li></ul><p>Technician Duties:</p><ul><li>Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles/equipment</li><li>Inspect systems and identify mechanical or technical problems</li><li>Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and part replacements</li><li>Test vehicles/equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality</li><li>Maintain accurate service records and documentation</li><li>Follow safety standards and company procedures</li><li>Keep tools and work area clean and organized</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)</li><li>Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Technician, or similar role</li><li>Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (if applicable)</li><li>Basic computer skills for service documentation</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,179.94 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
