About the Role
The Professional Services Technical Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in helping customers successfully adopt Lynxis products. This role combines business process consulting, technical documentation, and integration-focused analysis to translate operational requirements into scalable solution designs.
 You will work closely with customers, solution architects, and development teams to design workflows, document system behaviors, and support implementations involving APIs, messaging systems, and enterprise data integrations.

Position Overview 
The Technical Process Analyst position is a hybrid (on-site/remote) capacity for a dedicated account. This is a technical role focused on the &quot;how&quot; behind our industry-leading CleanSight platform. You will be the primary link between complex market data and the actionable insights our customers see. If you are a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys mastering internal systems and optimizing data workflows, this role offers a deep dive into the technical foundations of the energy-finance sector. 
This role provides a foundational technical career path in a high-growth industry. You will develop a niche expertise in energy data and software operations, working alongside a team that values precision, technical curiosity, and a commitment to helping customers navigate a complex market with confidence.<h6 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities</h6><ul><li>
Onboard &amp; Architect: Translate complex customer portfolios and contracts into the CleanSight platform, ensuring every project is mapped with 100% accuracy.</li><li>
Maintain the &quot;Source of Truth&quot;: Configure and validate our internal backend systems. You will merge public and proprietary data to ensure our services team has the most reliable information available.</li><li>
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, investigate, and resolve data ingestion errors. You&rsquo;ll act as the first line of defense for system health, ensuring a seamless experience for platform users.</li><li>
Tooling &amp; Automation: Look for manual bottlenecks and build better ways to work. You will help implement system improvements, including exploring agentic AI workflows to streamline data processing.</li><li>
Market Intelligence: Conduct research on clean energy projects to ensure our database remains the most comprehensive in the industry.</li><li>
Process Documentation: Establish best practices and maintain clear documentation for backend support, helping our team stay efficient as we scale.</li></ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required Experience &amp; Qualifications</h6><ul><li>
Quantitatively Minded: You hold a degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>
Execution-Focused: You are a self-motivated problem solver who can take a complex task and run with it, ensuring it&rsquo;s completed accurately and on time.</li><li>
Collaborative &amp; Feedback-Driven: You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment where asking productive questions and learning from peers is part of the daily rhythm.</li><li>
Technical Aptitude: You are proficient in Excel and have foundational experience (or a strong interest in developing proficiency) in SQL and Python.</li><li>
Detail-Oriented: You understand that high-level visibility for our customers is only possible if the underlying data is perfect.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Familiarity with KNIME, APIs, and JSON data formats.</li><li>
Experience with ticketing systems and collaboration across technical, cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Knowledge of project or contract settlement data specific to renewable energy resources (wind, solar, or battery storage).</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to process extensive datasets, including time-series data from meteorological, finance, or operational wind/solar farm sources.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
