Leffler Consulting is seeking an Acquisition Support Engineer with technical expertise in government satellite systems acquisitions to support the Advanced Plans branch with the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&amp;I) Division. SE&amp;I provides technical and programmatic support to define technical spacecraft and ground systems requirements, define a coherent acquisition strategy, and initiate major contracts with industry partners. The position requires that a successful candidate demonstrate a technical understanding of space systems, a working knowledge of government budget requirements, a sound understanding of contracting regulations, and a familiarity with the Agency&rsquo;s systems engineering practices.

<ul><li>Draft acquisition documentation to include acquisition plan, fee plan/milestone payment plan, statement of work, contract data requirements list, and other documentation required for a competitive source selection</li>
<li>Monitor performance requirements and identify disconnects with Request for Proposal (RFP) intent and available budget</li>
<li>Develop plans for competitive source selections and facilitate the technical evaluations of multiple proposals</li>
<li>Support processes to track and report progress on the accomplishment of all contract actions</li>

POSITION: Consultant - Integrated Digital Health Initiative
A. Background
Project HOPE is advancing an Integrated Digital Health Initiative intended to strengthen frontline service delivery by improving the quality, completeness, structure, and downstream usability of data captured within existing frontline health workflows and digital systems. The initiative centres on an augmentation layer that operates alongside existing platforms to support documentation, standardisation, summarisation, workflow assistance, and preparation of cleaner data for reporting, supervision, and approved system exchange.
The initiative will be implemented in phases, beginning with design and validation activities, followed by the development of a minimum viable capability, limited pilot implementation, refinement, and selective scale-up. Early work will include use case validation, stakeholder engagement, assessment of existing systems and workflows, data and integration design, governance and operating model development, prototype definition, and preparation for pilot activities.
Given the need for both coordination and hands-on advancement of the work, Project HOPE requires a dedicated consultant to support implementation of the initiative under the direction of the Senior Digital Health &amp; Informatics Advisor and TU MEL Advisors. The role is intended to extend execution capacity for the initiative while strategic direction, technical oversight, and final decision-making remain with the Digital Health function.
B. Purpose
Provide dedicated implementation, operational, and coordination support for the Integrated Digital Health Initiative. The consultant will help translate the concept into an actionable design and implementation pathway by supporting planning, systems and workflow assessment, stakeholder engagement, prototype and pilot preparation, documentation, and follow-through across agreed workstreams.
The consultant will operate under the direction of the Senior Digital Health &amp; Informatics Advisor. Strategic direction, technical oversight, and final approval of key decisions and deliverables will remain with the Digital Health functions.
C. Positioning
This role is intended to provide execution and operational support to the initiative and does not replace Project HOPE&rsquo;s Digital Health leadership function. The consultant will support implementation, coordination, assessment, and advancement of agreed workstreams, while overall strategy, technical direction, organisational alignment, and final decision-making will remain with the Digital Health lead.
D. Scope of Work
The consultant will collaborate closely with the Technical Unit and other relevant internal and external stakeholders to support the following:
C1. Initiative Planning and Coordination
Support operationalisation of the initiative in alignment with approved strategic direction, technical priorities, and implementation decisions.
Responsibilities include:
<ul><li> Develop and maintain the overall workplan, timeline, milestone tracker, and implementation sequencing.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Translate approved priorities and decisions into actionable workstreams and next steps.</li></ul>

<ul><li> Coordinate mapping of existing digital health systems, including national platforms, documentation tools, reporting systems, and related service delivery environments.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support identification of where the augmentation layer could sit within existing workflows and data flows.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support documentation of integration requirements, interoperability considerations, data exchange pathways, and system constraints.</li></ul>

C3. Stakeholder and Country Engagement

The Position

This role provides on-site technology support to our attorneys and staff in an assigned office location. Acting as a resident technology support expert, it is expected for this role to properly troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues reported by all personnel working at that assigned office location. As a local representative of Wilson Elser's national IT department, the ideal candidate thrives on working in a fast-paced, growing environment and has the ability to provide white-glove, concierge-level services while juggling multiple demands.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Understand and execute standard operating procedures for imaging and deploying computer equipment for onboarding new hires.</li>
<li>Collect and track equipment from departed end users following standardized asset tracking procedures.</li>
<li>Provide support for video conferencing and related A/V on-site systems.</li>
<li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, including document management, Microsoft office applications, remote conferencing tools, and financial systems.</li>
<li>Coordinate user requirements with regional supervisors, management, and other IT teams.</li>
<li>Build service-based relationships with the attorneys and staff, while utilizing exceptional customer service skills.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other team members on tasks or requests, in an efficient and expeditious manner.</li>
<li>Evaluate and record tickets for ongoing requests for new hardware, software installations, and incidents reported by end users within your assigned office.</li>
<li>Adhere to organizational change management processes.</li>
<li>Perform special duties, tasks, or projects, as required.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years in technical support on IT hardware, software, and desktop peripherals, including but not limited to:
<ul><li>Windows 10 &amp; Windows 11 Operating Systems</li>
<li>Microsoft Office O365 with a strong acumen in Outlook</li>
<li>Desktop client v. web-based applications</li>
<li>Active Directory &amp; Azure AD</li>
<li>Zoom Rooms &amp; Microsoft Teams</li>
<li>Desktop Driver Controls</li>
<li>All-in-One Monitors</li>
<li>VPN, Remote Access, &amp; Cloud Network Access</li>
<li>Virtual Desktop Environments and Functions</li>
<li>Cloud &amp; On-Prem Telephony functions</li>
<li>Desktop imaging &amp; BIOS controls</li>
<li>LAN and SD-WAN support</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 3 years working in ITSM and ITIL environments.</li>
