The Technical Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all technical aspects of building works are effectively implemented, managed, and coordinated throughout the entire project lifecycle&mdash;from design development to construction, commissioning, and final handover. This role ensures that construction activities are executed in line with approved designs, contractual requirements, and applicable standards, while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. By driving coordination across disciplines and proactively resolving technical challenges, the Technical Manager enables seamless project delivery and supports overall project success.</p><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Drive</b></p><ul><li>
Lead, organise, and manage a team of engineers responsible for technical design coordination and construction preparation across building works (civil, architectural, finishing, and MEP interfaces).</li><li>
Review, coordinate, and validate shop drawings, method statements, technical submittals, material approvals, and other technical deliverables related to building works.</li><li>
Ensure technical deliverables define short-term work priorities while maximising quality, efficiency, and continuity of construction activities.</li><li>
Ensure all building works comply with contract documents, specifications, approved drawings, local authority requirements, and applicable codes and standards.</li><li>
Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments (HSE, Planning, QS, QA/QC, MEP, Construction).</li><li>
Provide technical input during tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and the awarding of building packages.</li><li>
Lead, monitor, and coordinate cost analysis and cost control of site activities through the technical team.</li><li>
Identify and manage design risks, clashes, and constructability issues, and propose technical solutions in coordination with the project team.</li><li>
Ensure timely preparation and submission of as-built drawings, O&amp;M manuals (building scope), and handover documentation.</li><li>
Promote Value Engineering initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or contractual obligations.</li><li>
Develop and maintain the document control process, ensuring all technical documents are issued, tracked, stored, and updated.</li><li>
Participate in technical meetings with the Client, Consultant, and Authorities, and prepare technical reports as required.</li><li>
Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and final handover activities.</li><li>
Support site teams to ensure execution aligns with approved technical documentation.</li><li>
Support the project planning team with technical sequencing, constructability reviews, and programme optimisation.</li><li>

Qualifications</b><br>

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or an equivalent field.</li><li>
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale building construction projects, including experience leading and guiding teams.</li><li>
Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in at least one additional European language.</li></ul><p><b>

  The Country Operation &amp; Maintenance Manager reports directly to technical director and oversees the Technical Support Manager, Regional Manager, and the wider O&amp;M team within the operating market. The position focuses on ensuring that all day-to-day activities related to towers operations and maintenance are handled by the TASC team and/or TASC external vendors according to TASC policies and procedures according to local regulations. As the operations team leader, the O&amp;M Manager should have substantial experience of tower technical design, tower configurations, tower integrity, ideal site conditions, technical team management, and health and safety regulations.

   Roles and Responsibilities
  </strong>

   Ensure all operations and maintenance activities are completed smoothly within specified service level agreements.
  </li>

   Check and calculate the fuel consumption for the sites bases on Generator running hours.
  </li>
  <li>
   Allocate projects, milestones, and activities optimally, such that overall team performance is efficient and effective, and all due dates are met as expected.
  </li>

   Monitor and manage technical resources and processes for a team of technicians and external vendors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act urgently to resolve issues related to any emergency related to tower operations and safety.
  </li>

   Resolve technical issues related to TASC Towers functional design, lighting systems, tower configurations, tower integrity, site access and other minor problems.
  </li>

   Ensure proper documentation of all performed activities related to towers operations and maintenance, according to TASC policies and procedures, according local regulations.

   Ensure that the operations and maintenance team operate within its allocated budget.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee any contracts signed with external vendors that are related to operations and maintenance.
  </li>

   Deliver training to the technical team to ensure technological readiness and outstanding performance.

   Cross-collaborate and communicate with other department members and managers, to ensure all tickets are appropriately resolved, and any urgent matter is handled adequately.

   Ensure that network availability complies with the SLA agreed upon with the mobile network operator (MNO).

   Participate in the creation of the yearly O&amp;M budget.
