 What you need to succeed
 
Over 10 years of experience leading central initiatives for cloud-based platforms, with a solid understanding of scalable environment provisioning.
 Proficiency in infrastructure automation and container technologies.
 Strong background in SaaS platform architecture, preferably with Adobe DX products.
 Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, and operations teams.
 Deep understanding of enterprise security, permissions models, and compliance frameworks.
 Experience crafting sandbox-based learning environments and simulations to support customer education, feature adoption, and product training.

 Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mission &amp; Main Objectives

Define, propose, implement and maximize NMEF (Nissan Middle East) Aftersales training strategy.</li><li>
Ensure sufficient levels of Technical Competency at the NSCs to deliver outstanding product and repair quality.</li><li>
Ensure sufficient levels of Service competency at the NSCs to deliver outstanding Customer Experience.</li><li>
Ensure sufficient levels of Parts Operations competency at NSC level to drive parts business.</li><li>
Lead, oversee and guide NSC training activities to ensure alignment with NMEF business strategies.</li></ul> 

Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):

Train and certify NSC technical trainers on Global Nissan Service Technician Education Programs (N-STEP), and ensure each NSC has suitably qualified trainers to deliver local training.</li><li>
Localise, update and deliver new model technical training, Train-The-Trainer (TTT) to Technical Trainers or directly to frontline.</li><li>
Work with regional and global teams to ensure training materials are available and updated to suit local technology and equipment specifications.</li><li>

Design and develop new training material (Instructor-Led, e-Learning or Virtual Classroom Training) to close identified skills and knowledge gaps in the region.</li><li>

Train and certify NSC non-technical trainers on Global Nissan Sales &amp; Service Way (NSSW), Global Nissan Service Advisor Program (G-NSAP) and ensure each NSC has suitably qualified trainers to deliver local training.</li><li>
Localise plan and deliver new model product training, Train-The-Trainer (TTT) to Non-Technical trainers or directly to frontline.</li><li>
Conduct frequent non-technical training needs analysis in the NMEF markets.</li><li>

Ensure all training materials are available and reasonably up-to-date on the Learner Management System.</li><li>
Ensure all NSCs are competent in usage of the LMS to manage training delivery and records.</li><li>

Maintain all aspects of the Reagonal Training Centre e.g tools, equipments, vehicles, training resources to ensure all resources are ready for training when required.</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li> Minimum 5 years of Technical Training or 8 or more years corporate training experience.</li><li> Ability to design and implement training programs (Instructional Design experience)</li><li> At least five years of technical writing experience done for a legal, educational or business firm. We will request samples of your work.</li><li> Expert Level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.)</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Camtasia or Captivate.</li><li>Proficiency in SharePoint or other website creation software.</li><li> Experience managing and facilitating projects and focus groups.</li><li> The candidate should have a proven track record for producing high quality documentation quickly and with minimal supervision.</li><li> Ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the IS and training departments, as well as lawyers and the entire organization.</li><li> The ability to quickly learn new software while managing specifically assigned tasks on short notice.</li><li> Is customer service focused.</li></ul>

Compensation
The base salary range offered for this role will be between $125,000 and $145,000. When determining a candidate&rsquo;s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.  Role Overview
 
 
 
 Primary function is to deliver technical operator and service training to customers, distributors and company service personnel. The position will encompass training on a wide variety of Rapiscan products and technology and will consist of both formal classroom and hands-on training. This position will be based in Cairo Egypt with a focus of training to be conducted in Egypt at multiple locations. Will also be required to assist with additional training assignments globally. Must be able to speak English and Arabic, other languages are a plus.
