Sr. Maintenance Technician - PLC<p></p>
Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC ensures equipment uptime through timely, in-depth electrical troubleshooting of 480VAC &amp; 24VDC components. The Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC has strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the plant including but not limited to Allen Bradley (AB), B&amp;R automation, Siemens, and Zenon. Minimum Requirements:

1. Understanding operational requirements and ensuring 100% equipment availability to achieve business goal.</p><p>

8. Manpower management to proficiently oversee a team of 5 employees, Planning Shift Schedule by following complins.</p><p>
9. RCA &amp; its corrective actions to ensure elimination of repetitive failure.</p><p><b><br>

2. BTech/ Diploma in EEE &amp; EIE</p><p>
3. Exposure to Allen Bradly Control Logix PLC&rsquo;s.</p><p>
4. Exposure to Factory Talk SCADA Systems.</p><p>
5. Exposure to Allen Bradly VFD&rsquo;s Power Flex 525 and Power Flex 755.</p><p>
6. Exposure to LT/HT Switch Gears, Transformers routine checks and Annual testings.</p><p>
7. Exposure to Ethernet I/P Networking.</p><p>
8. Knowledge on 5S &amp; Lean Management
</p><p>9. Working knowledge of instruments like Pressure Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Actuators and Load Cells.</p><p>
10. Working Knowledge on Loss in weight feeders, belt weigh feeders &amp; Conveyor automation</p><p>
11. Knowledge of Chillers, Compressors and Diesel Generators.</p><p></p><p><b>
