 In addition to hardware and network repair, interns will learn how to install equipment, create documentation, innovate solutions, and fix complex problems within the data centre space.

   Hardware troubleshooting in servers which are not live with an AWS technician's supervision

   Replace Media (SSD/HDD) according to AWS Data Tech guidance
  </li>

<p>Intrust IT is searching for eager, empathetic, and purpose-driven students to join our growing service desk team. Office 365 &amp; Active Directory administration <i>exposure</i></li><li>
Gain experience on how to resolve client issues with client applications, workstations, servers, printers, and networking infrastructures.

As your experience and comfort level matures, we will work with you to find other areas to give you hands-on exposure to those items.
