Compensation:
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $105,000 - $120,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company&rsquo;s discretion.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive Google Ads account audits to diagnose issues, uncover hidden opportunities, and build strategic quarterly plans.</li><li>Develop and own the overarching strategy for campaign structure, targeting approach, and testing roadmaps, with a keen understanding of service-industry conversion funnels.</li><li>Perform deep-dive data analysis across Google Ads, GA4, and CRM data to identify trends, forecast performance, and prove ROI for lead-generation and high-CPA accounts.</li><li>Define sophisticated bidding strategies, budget allocation models, and audience segmentation tailored to service-industry buying cycles.</li><li>Review and audit work implemented by team members to ensure accuracy, strategic alignment, and best practices.</li><li>Lead by example through hands-on implementation of complex account structures, conversion tracking, and high-priority optimization tasks.</li><li>Create and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends, Google Ads updates, and beta programs to advise on adoption.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>7+ years of proven, hands-on experience strategically managing Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets of $20k+.</li><li>A proven track record is mandatory.
