7S is a cardiac telemetry unit specializing in heart failure management. Nurses on the unit are trained to care for patients with Ventricular Assist Devices (VADs), gaining valuable experience in advanced cardiac therapies. New graduate nurses can expect to begin VAD training after six months on the unit, while experienced nurses will receive VAD training after orientation.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid state RN License.</div><div>
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.</div><div>
3. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.</div><div>
4. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.</div><div>
5. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.</div><div>
6. Ventilator Management experience preferred.</div><div>
7. Medical-Surgical Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or similar certification; preferred.</div><div>
8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.</div><div></div><div><br>
