Conveniently located in downtown Gainesville at UF&rsquo;s Innovation Square, the UFSRC is a casual call center work environment that has a flexible part-time schedule which allows employees to balance academic and personal commitments while gaining valuable work experience. Depending upon the department&rsquo;s needs, interviewing shifts are available between 10AM and 10PM on weekdays, 12PM to 6PM on Saturdays, and 3PM to 6PM on Sundays.</p>

To succeed in this role, you'll need exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a clear speaking voice, and the capacity to adapt to various situations. Basic proficiency in computers and technical knowledge, a willingness to learn new software, and the ability to follow instructions are also essential.
