   Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Shoot DSLR-based video content in studio and on location (interviews, hosted segments, creator-style formats, BTS, social integrations)
  </li>
  <li>
   Capture high-quality audio and lighting setups for both controlled and fast-paced production environments
  </li>
  <li>
   Produce and execute creator-driven content formats aligned with YouTube and social trends
  </li>
  <li>
   Edit mid- and long-form YouTube content, episodic cuts, and social extensions
  </li>
  <li>
   Shape content using platform-native storytelling techniques (hooks, pacing, retention-focused structure)
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with Digital Strategy, Social, and Creative teams to ensure alignment with brand and performance goals
  </li>
  <li>
   Support formatting, versioning, and delivery across YouTube and supporting social platforms
  </li>
  <li>
   Iterate quickly based on creative and performance feedback
  </li>

   Qualifications and Skills
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   2&ndash;4 years of professional experience shooting and editing digital content
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong DSLR shooting skills (studio and field production experience required)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience producing and capturing creator-style or influencer-driven content
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; basic After Effects knowledge a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid understanding of YouTube formats and social viewing behavior
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong visual storytelling instincts and ability to work independently on set
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working in fast-paced production environments
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and organizational skills
  </li>
