Key Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li>
Customer Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals, verifying cash and endorsements, and issuing receipts with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>
Product &amp; Service Promotion: Cross-sell and educate clients on the Bank&rsquo;s diverse financial products and services, enhancing client relationships and fostering financial wellness.</li><li>
Payment Processing: Handle credit card payments, issue money orders, bank checks, and accept loan payments, ensuring accuracy and security.</li><li>
Secure Handling of Assets: Manage night deposit bags, admit clients to safe deposit boxes, and maintain confidentiality and security at all times.</li><li>
Client Support &amp; Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer questions, provide account balances, and assist with general banking needs, cultivating a welcoming environment.</li><li>
Reconciliation &amp; Record Keeping: Perform end-of-day balancing of transactions, verify cash totals, and reconcile Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). Maintain detailed reports and logs to ensure compliance and accurate record retention.</li></ul></div><p><i>

Qualifications</b></p><p><b>
Required</b></p><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Proven experience in customer service and cash handling</li><li>
Strong verbal communication skills</li><li>
Fluent in English; bilingual a plus</li></ul><div><ul><li>
Access to reliable transportation</li><li>
Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities</li><li>
Ability to thrive in small team environments</li><li>
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.</li><li>
Ability to lift 10&ndash;20 lbs., stand for extended periods.</li></ul></div><p><b>

Thu&ndash;Fri:</b> 8:30 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li><b>
Sat:</b> 8:30 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM (rotating schedule)</li><li><b>
Sun:</b> Closed</li></ul><p>
