Role Summary: The Tender Management Specialist leads Deloitte&rsquo;s bidding process in Qatar, managing the full tender lifecycle on the Monaqasat portal and other sources. As a bilingual expert, you ensure all submissions are compliant, complete, and timely, acting as the key link between procurement requirements and internal teams.
Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Conduct daily scans of Monaqasat and other portals to identify opportunities.
