 Position Summary

 The Territory Manager (TM) is the primary contact for all aspects of OrganOx commercial business in assigned territory. It is a field based, customer facing position that interacts at multiple levels in which total hospital account management skills and a high level of business acumen are required. West Coast Wound &amp; Skin Care is a full-service mobile wound care company that delivers quality services/treatments to patients in the comfort of their own home. We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to perform mobile advanced wound care services for our patients. You will travel locally within your designated region to see our patients in their homes or SNFs.</b></p><p><b>
This position is looking for candidates living in North &amp; Central Houston, TX and be willing to drive to see patients in this area in their homes. The territory for this role will service patients in throughout Houston area.</b></p><p><b>
Must be licensed as an NP or PA in TX.</b></p><p>
This is not a remote position. Must be willing and able to drive to patient homes to provide wound care.</p><p>
No experience is needed. We provide extensive training, 24/7 support, offer competitive compensation.</p><p>
Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient</li><li>
Perform wound care procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care</li><li>
Define and document patient diagnoses</li><li>
Assure all patients are completely satisfied</li><li>
Patient education and management</li><li>
Debridement of wounds by various methods completed safely during the patient visit</li><li>
Application of topical wound care and other wound management products</li><li>
Notate findings and treatment course in patient chart, including follow-up notes</li></ul><p>
Qualifications:</p><ul><li>
Current state license as an NP or PA</li><li>
CPR Certified</li><li>
Effective communication skills</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>

   Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day employee relations matters by providing guidance, coaching, and performance counseling to employees and supervisors

   Conduct research and investigations into employee relations issues, facilitating meetings with employees and management to resolve concerns effectively

   Support the onboarding process including new hire orientation, ensuring new employees have a positive and seamless experience

   Lead and coordinate HR projects and initiatives assigned, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives

   Provide training and mentorship to HR specialists or generalists, assisting with their development and knowledge growth

   Support recruitment-related activities, including participation in job fairs and networking events as directed
