The ALIP Configuration team within the Actuarial department is responsible for the successful implementation of complex calculations in our policy administration system. As a System Test Analyst, you will work directly with the configuration analysts to test critical processes within the ALIP (Client Life Insurance &amp; Annuity Platform) system related to the configuration of insurance/annuity products.<br>

Serco has an immediate need for an experienced Test Analyst with shipbuilding, new construction shipyard Test &amp; Evaluation (T&amp;E) background to support the Frigate Program in the management and execution of new construction testing, certification, trials, and delivery efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to support a high visibility Navy shipbuilding program and directly influence the successful test, trial, and delivery of new surface combatants to the Fleet.</p><p>
Serco supports the U.S. Navy as a prime contractor providing engineering, production, test, and programmatic support across multiple shipbuilding programs. In this role, you will work alongside a skilled team of analysts, engineers, and support personnel embedded with the Program Office, SUPSHIP, and shipyard stakeholders to ensure ships are tested, certified, and delivered in accordance with contractual and Navy requirements.</p><p>
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will provide direct support to the Frigate Program, helping manage and direct shipyard testing activities while assessing the material readiness of ships to conduct trials.</p><p>
In This Role, You Will<b>:</b></p><ul><li>
Support the Frigate Program Office in the planning, management, and oversight of shipyard testing, certification, trials, and delivery efforts for new construction vessels.</li><li>

The Target Analyst Reporter prioritizes, assesses, evaluates and reports information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources when appropriate to provide synthesized product to customers. The Target Analyst Reporter writes reports which may require significant editing; may require assistance in determining reportability of an activity; requires assistance in locating reportable information (i.e. can only run basic queries or may require raw information to be provided); may require assistance in determining the focus of report; is familiar with basic SIGINT reporting policies; may require familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that would enhance reporting the ability to pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers; and requires mentorship and/or significant guidance from Government personnel.</p><p>
At least eight (8) years demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military is required. At least two (2) of the years of experience must have been within the last 5 years.</p><p><b><br>
