In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of academic testing environments.  Test Administration:
 
 Administer exams according to predetermined procedures and guidelines.
 
 
 
 Security Measures:
 
 Monitor test takers to prevent cheating and maintain exam integrity. Enforce testing regulations and policies to ensure a fair and secure testing environment.
 
 
 
 Test Material Distribution:
 
 Distribute and collect test materials, including exam booklets, answer sheets, and other necessary resources.
 
 
 
 Assistance to Test Takers:
 
 Provide assistance and guidance to test takers as needed, such as clarifying instructions or addressing technical issues.
 
 
 
 Reporting:

Job Overview 
Cardinal Education is seeking an in-person Summer Test Administrator and Proctor (TAP) to support our team and offices in Woodside and Burlingame, CA! We are an extremely dynamic and collaborative company focused on providing top-tier expertise in admissions and tutoring to families. 
Summer Test Administrator and Proctors administer and proctor our standardized exams to students in Grades 4 through 12 in our Woodside and Burlingame, CA, offices. This is a part-time, in-person role with flexible, variable scheduling based on testing demand, primarily supporting weekday testing sessions from June to August. Shifts typically last 4&ndash;8 hours, and TAPs average 5 or more hours per week, depending on the testing schedule. 
Testing sessions may be scheduled weeks in advance or occasionally on short notice, so responsiveness and scheduling flexibility are important.

Responsibilities

Prepare the testing area and distribute appropriate tests</li>

 Checking for any complications with layout, formatting, pagination, sections, different versions, exam number, misprinting, diagrams, etc. in the original copies before handing them over to the photocopying team.

 Recording absence students for each session and sending a report to the head supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Announcing the exam duration and structure at the beginning of each session.
 </li>
 <li>
 Informing the head supervisor or Director of any offense (skipping exams, absconding, arguing, cheating, lateness, and refusal).
 </li>
 <li>
 Recording the time when the first student finishes, the time when about half the students finish, and the time when the majority finish for each exam held in the exam hall and informing the School Director immediately if the exam is too long or too short and if the students need more time to complete the exam.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dealing wisely with any problem that occurs during the course of the examination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collecting the written papers from students at the end of the exam, counting the papers accurately to ensure it matches the number of present students, and then hand them over to the head of department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Printing the list of students to retake the exam according to the makeup schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing such other related tasks as needed and requested by SABIS&reg; and/or School Director respectively.
