The Testing Manager will oversee all testing activities across the BFA deployment, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation. The role ensures quality assurance across data, enrichment logic, and reporting outputs.<br>
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>
Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for all phases of testing.</p>
<p>
Validate that developed processes and outputs meet business requirements.</p>
<p>
Coordinate UAT activities with SMEs, FinOps, and Data Operations teams.</p>
<p>
Oversee defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues.</p>
<p>
Support go/no-go decisions by providing assurance on test outcomes.</p>

Maintain testing documentation, scripts, and evidence in line with HSBC standards.</p></div></div><div><br>
