</div><div>We are seeking a highly skilled <b>Tax Preparer with a strong background in business taxation and accounting</b> to join our growing firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional CPA or EA with <b>5&ndash;7 years of public accounting experience</b> and/or experience as <b>Senior Tax Staff / Senior Tax Preparer</b> or similar. It's critical that you understand the full financial picture: tax compliance, accounting, and advisory, and can work confidently with business owners, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div>Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, including:<br>
Business returns (Forms 1065, 1120S, 1120)<br>

</li>Trust and estate returns (Forms 1041)<br>

</li></ul></li>Analyze financial statements, general ledgers, and accounting records to ensure tax accuracy and compliance<br>

</li>Collaborate with accounting and advisory teams to support clients year-round<br>

</li>Communicate directly with clients to gather information, clarify issues, and explain tax positions<br>

</li>Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, deadlines, and firm quality standards<br>

</li>Assist with notices, extensions, and amended returns as needed<br>

</li>Support tax planning, projections, and advisory work for business clients<br>
