<div>The Testing Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Supports Initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. Testing specialists who work with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.</li><li>
Plans, conducts and manages a broad range of systems and application testing deliverables for IT projects.</li><li>
Obtains detailed specification from business users and development to ascertain specific output information requirements.</li><li>
Works with other teams to develop integrated methodologies for testing end-to-end transactions in order to ensure that IT Testing is delivering a quality product to users in an established timeframe.</li><li>
Analyzes and communicates test results to project teams; recommends appropriate course of action.</li><li>
Provides accurate and precise estimates for assigned task duration and work effort, along with confidence level, and foreseeable dependencies.</li><li>
Monitors projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risks / issues, and taking corrective action as necessary to meet project deadlines.</li><li>
Has impact on IT testing by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services to others.</li><li>
Acts as advisor and mentor for junior members of the team. Resolves a variety of complex issues through evaluative judgment and analytical thought.</li><li>
Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of several areas within IT testing and has a good understanding of the industry.</li><li>
Performs other duties and functions as assigned.</li><li>
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
6-10 years experience in functional, system, or integrated testing</li><li>
Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem solving techniques</li><li>

Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>

You will be working with Project Managers on reporting statuses of testing as well as with project sponsors to coordinate testing. There will be no hands on testing, but will be helping with defects, keeping on track, process and maintaining. Need Jira and Zephyr experience to manage testing. Any prior transformation ledger is nice to have

</h1>The Admixture Tech II is responsible for performing a variety of complex technical skills and functions in preparing hazardous and nonhazardous agents under the supervision of the dispensing practitioner. To carry out the assignments of this position, the technician must possess techniques in sterile product preparation, a thorough understanding of the principles of biological safety cabinets, and a knowledge base of antineoplastic/cytotoxic agents, including the precautions needed in the handling of these products.
Admixture Techs are expected to maintain a high degree of productivity and performance while being extremely sensitive to the specific contribution of total patient care. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the ordering and inventory of medications and clinical supplies and acting as a liaison between Physicians, Nursing, Pharmacy Operations, Financial Counselors, and Procurement in obtaining special order medications.
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
</h1><ul><li>Review medication orders to ensure accuracy, ascertain the products needed, and evaluate their suitability.

Job Summary:

The EEG/EMG Technician will perform both electroencephalogram (EEG) and electromyography (EMG) procedures under the direction of a neurologist or physiatrist. This hybrid role requires flexibility to work in outpatient clinics, hospital settings, and possibly remote review/processing, ensuring high-quality diagnostic studies are obtained in compliance with AANEM and ACNS standards.</div>

Monitor EEG recordings and annotate clinical events in real time.</li><li>
Assist in long-term monitoring (LTM), ambulatory EEGs, and video EEGs when needed.</li><li>
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.</li></ul>
EMG Duties:<ul><li>
Set up and calibrate EMG and nerve conduction study (NCS) equipment.</li><li>
Assist physicians with EMG/NCS procedures including electrode placement and patient prep.</li><li>
Accurately document waveforms, latency, and amplitude readings.</li><li>
Ensure sterilization and maintenance of EMG equipment and supplies.</li></ul>
General Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.</li><li>
Educate patients about procedures and answer any questions.</li><li>
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean work environment.</li><li>
Participate in continuing education and competency training.</li><li>
Provide cross-coverage for other neurodiagnostic modalities as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Education: Graduate of an accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology program or equivalent training.</li><li>
Certification:</li><li>
Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) preferred or eligible</li><li>
CNCT or R.NCS.T. certification preferred for EMG/NCS</li><li>
BLS/CPR certification required</li><li>
Experience:</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in EEG and/or EMG strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong knowledge of neurophysiology and electrophysiological testing</li><li>
