The Assistant Textile Designer will lead the instructional program for textile arts and design. You will bridge the gap between traditional craftsmanship and modern industrial design, teaching students how to create patterns, understand fabric structures, and apply aesthetic principles to wearable and decorative textiles.

Responsibilities

Manages integrity of brand by attending follow-up meetings. Ability to successfully manage workload. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with partners in design, product development and merchandising.</li><li>
Assist Prep and present overall concepts with design team and merchants each season.</li><li>
Assist in creating innovative graphic appropriate designs and assist in presenting when needed, to merchant team with an open mind to critique and direction.</li><li>
