Job Description

Monthly business reports in coordination with all sectors and functions</li><li>
Coordinate with all sectors with regard to applicable KPIs</li><li>
Issue the monthly consolidated report related to CRS functions</li><li>
Manage with all sectors / divisions for volume of clients&rsquo; orders / revenue / claims /&hellip;. etc.</li><li>
Follow up the sectors action for clients who stopped / reduced their volume of work.</li><li>
Coordinate with sectors the outstanding status</li><li>
Follow up clients' contacts of sectors (visits, calls, etc.)</li><li>
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys at planned intervals as per applicable procedures</li></ul>
