How you will help people every day:
<ul><li>You will perform and document patient care using the individualized care plans as a guide. Bathing and all activities of daily living related care, such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and e 1.vening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.</li>
<li>You will perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.</li>
<li>You will support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.</li>
<li>You will observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team</li>

Bronson Methodist Hospital is seeking to hire a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the ENT division, which presently consists of four board certified physicians and five advanced practice providers. This is a full-service practice utilizing the latest technologies to treat a broad range of head and neck conditions in both adult and pediatric patients. The practice is a regional referral center based in Kalamazoo with regional office and surgery at our community hospitals located 20 miles from the flagship hospital.
The Physician Assistant will participate in the evaluation and management of clinical patients, including new, follow-up, and acute appointments, assist surgeons in the operating room, and participate in inpatient rounding and care coordination as needed.

 About The Position
 
 
 
 Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a
 
 Revenue Analyst
 
 to join the resort&rsquo;s Revenue Management team.
 
 
 The Revenue Analyst at Wynn Al Marjan Island supports strategic decision-making by analyzing booking trends, competitor rates, and key performance metrics. The role ensures accurate rate and availability updates across all channels and provides data-driven insights for marketing, sales, and operations.
 
 
 
 The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze booking trends by channel: Monitor and interpret booking data across all distribution channels, focusing on pace, booking window, length of stay, regrets and denials, and price elasticity to identify demand patterns and optimize revenue strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track competitor rates and availability: Conduct regular competitive set analysis to benchmark pricing and availability, using market intelligence tools to inform rate positioning and promotional tactics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report on key metrics for leadership: Compile and present performance reports and dashboards that highlight key revenue indicators for Revenue Management and senior executives to support strategic decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update rates and availability in demand gateways: Maintain accurate rate and inventory data across all booking platforms; ensure precision in data entry and perform regular audits to validate both personal and team inputs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support marketing and operational strategy: Provide analytical insights and recommendations to marketing, sales, and operations teams on pricing, scheduling, advertising, and distribution to align with revenue goals.

 About You
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

 Revenue management experience is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong background in hotel operations or financial analytics is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with the Opera Cloud property management system is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with competitive intelligence and market analytics platforms (e.g. CoStar/STR, Fornova, Lighthouse) is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or Finance disciplines.
