 The Nursery Teacher is responsible for planning and overall classroom direction. The Early Years Support Staff member works closely with the teacher to implement activities and provide the level of care required for very young children. While lesson planning is not part of this role, support staff are encouraged to share observations and contribute constructively as part of the team.

Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.</li><li>

This position is responsible for overseeing all direct care services and staff, ensuring clinical documentation is completed accurately and timely, and supporting compliance with funder, grant, licensing, and audit requirements.</li></ul>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership and documentation compliance and be motivated to implement an organized and structured team-based approach to direct care services.
