Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. The OT will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide interventions aimed at improving motor skills, coordination, and daily function. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct evaluations to assess patients&rsquo; functional abilities and therapy needs.</li><li>
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on motor skills, coordination, and independence.</li><li>
Utilize therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to enhance daily living skills.</li><li>
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, assistive devices, and strategies for improving function.</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment adjustments.</li><li>
Stay up to date with best practices, research, and advancements in occupational therapy.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Education: Master&rsquo;s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.</li><li>
Licensure: Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist</li><li>
Experience: Prior experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not required).</li><li>
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.</li><li>
Certifications: CPR certification (preferred).</li></ul>
