<p>We are looking for a part-time Healthcare Marketing Specialist with a background in Medical Nutrition Therapy to build and maintain referral relationships with physician offices, clinics, and healthcare providers in the Nashville area. This is an outreach-focused role. You will not be providing clinical services. Instead, you will be the face of our dietitian practice, connecting with offices in person and by phone to grow our patient referral pipeline. A core part of this role is communicating how nutrition therapy works, what our process looks like, and how partnering with us leads to better patient outcomes while making life easier for the referring provider.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate understands MNT from the clinical side and can speak the language of providers and office staff. You know what a referral workflow looks like, you understand insurance reimbursement basics, and you can walk into a doctor's office and have a credible conversation about nutrition therapy, lab values like A1C and cholesterol panels, and evidence-based approaches including intuitive eating. You should be able to clearly articulate how our dietitians improve outcomes for the physician's patients and how we simplify the referral and follow-up process so the doctor's office does not have to carry that burden.</p>
