<br>We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire & Lube Service Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is critical to keeping our fleet of concrete mixer trucks, dump trucks, and company vehicles in safe, working conditions. The Tire & Lube Technician will perform preventive maintenance, tire service, and minor repairs to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support daily operations.
<br>Key Responsibilities
<br><ul>
<li>Perform routine lubrication services on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment (oil changes, grease, filters, fluids).</li>
<li>Inspect and replace tires on concrete mixer trucks, dump trucks, and other fleet vehicles, including mounting, balancing, and flat repairs.</li>
<li>Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and report mechanical or safety issues.</li>
<li>Check and maintain fluid levels (engine oil, hydraulic, coolant, transmission, etc.).</li>
<li>Assist with minor repairs such as belts, hoses, lights, and battery service.</li>
<li>Document work performed, parts used, and service intervals in maintenance logs.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company and OSHA safety standards.</li>
<li>Support the fleet maintenance team with additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

<li>High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).</li>
<li>Prior experience in tire service, lube service, or fleet maintenance (heavy truck/equipment preferred).</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic truck/equipment systems and preventive maintenance practices.</li>
<li>Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and tire equipment safely.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor/garage conditions.</li>

As the Fleet Tire Sales Specialist (Commission) role, you are responsible for selling new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products and services by managing current customer accounts and developing new accounts. You must also produce sufficient sales volume to achieve assigned sales objectives. Represent the company professionally through team image and service readiness. Through training, you will develop knowledge of the company's products and services and be able to educate others. You will also monitor and report on market intelligence which impacts business and pricing within the market. <li>Actively seeking and developing new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.</li>

<li>2 years or more of successful Sales and/or Business to Business experience</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.</li>
