 We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
 
 Boat &amp; Trailer Title Clerk
 
 to support our marine dealership operations. This role is responsible for processing deals, managing titles and registrations, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal requirements. You will work closely with Sales, Finance &amp; Insurance, and Inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all transactions.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Process finalized boat and trailer deals, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate

 Retrieve and manage Manufacturer&rsquo;s Statements of Origin (MSOs), titles, and trade-in paperwork

 Register boats and trailers for in-state and out-of-state deals in compliance with GA DNR and applicable agencies
 </li>

 Prepare and submit applications, tax forms, and required documentation for titling and registration
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and follow up on pending registrations, lien releases, and title work
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare check requests/payables for sales tax, registration, title, and warranty fees
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain spreadsheets and deal logs to ensure accurate tracking of all transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with internal teams, customers, brokers, and agencies to resolve documentation issues
 </li>
 <li>
 File and maintain organized records of completed and pending deals
 </li>
 <li>
 Process manufacturer warranties and ensure proper documentation and payment

 Qualifications
