Your New Role
Discovery Global is seeking a seasoned intellectual property attorney to join our global legal organization as Vice President, Legal, IP (Trademark &amp; Brand Protection). In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee global trademark strategy, brand protection, and IP counseling across an expansive portfolio of iconic Discovery Global brands and content. This position reports directly to the SVP, Legal, Head of Global IP and Legal Operations and will be based in Atlanta, Georgia or Silver Spring, Maryland.
As a senior member of the Intellectual Property team, you will serve as a key advisor to executive and business partners across the organization, providing sophisticated counsel on trademark selection, clearance, use, and protection.
