<div><div>French &amp; Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Resident Engineer with Heavy Highway Experience for our Construction Engineering Department in Camden, NJ.</div><div></div><p><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as a Resident Engineer on New Jersey Agency projects and perform on-site inspection for heavy highway projects.</li><li>
Assist in the review of Cost Estimates and project submittals.</li><li>
Oversight of additional inspection staff in the field</li><li>
Coordinate with Project Managers</li><li>
Travel to projects sites when required.</li><li>
Perform office related work when not performing construction inspection.</li><li>
Ensure daily contractor operations are in accordance with Contract Documents</li><li>
Keep organized and up to date project files.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from an accredited Civil Engineering school required.</li><li>
Professional Engineering (PE) License or valid NICET III/IV Certification required.</li><li>
Experience performing construction inspection on prior New Jersey Agency projects.</li><li>
Minimum of eight (8) years&rsquo; experience as a Resident Engineer.</li><li>
Advanced ability to read and understand Contract Documents.</li><li>
Ability to pass a TWIC Background Check.</li><li>
Ability to perform Night work, if required.</li></ul><div><b>
