Performs a variety of administrative duties relative to hours-of-service requirements, hazardous materials, documentation of train movements and delays incurred, updating Digital Message Signs, and reporting rule violations.</li><li>
Direct and indirect supervision of all train crews, Maintenance of Way, and signal employees working on, or near the railroad tracks.</li><li>

Previous train dispatching experience preferred, or minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience as a railroad engineer.</li><li>

Ability to type 35 words per minute.</li><li>
Accurately input data into computer systems.</li><li>

Performing clerical duties as needed, such as but not limited to, date entry, filing, monitoring and tracking of shipments, and ensuring accuracy of rate charges,</li><li>
Maintaining department records regarding destination, weight and charges on all incoming and outgoing shipments.</li><li>
Performing administrative duties, such as but not limited to, generating import/export files, assisting with tracking and expediting freight, freight/ carrier invoice auditing, and coordinating with carriers and internal departments.</li><li>
Creating bills of lading, shipment reports and processing all incoming and outgoing shipment records.</li><li>
Maintaining records of overcharges and damages to goods in transit.</li><li>
Familiar with all customs and international shipment regarding rules and regulations.</li><li>
International Export/Import shipment experience.</li><li>
Oversee the shipments and coordinate with packers.</li><li>
Ensures shipments are executed by the ship date and turned within 48 hours.</li><li>
Actively participates in monthly shipment goals.</li><li>
Assists in cost reduction efforts for transportation and supplies.</li><li>
Works with transportation companies and brokers to resolve any delays.</li><li>
Follow all Senior policies and procedures.</li><li>
