CACI is currently looking for a Training Developer with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation&rsquo;s safety, security, and prosperity. Serve as an Agile Scrum team member providing software development and maintenance for the delivery of releasable software in short sprint cycles. Knowledge and expertise in the application of training materials to various delivery modes, including instructor-led training, hands-on lab development, remote training delivery, web-based training, and micro-module training.</li><li>
Highly proficient with MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and rapid authoring tools, such as Articulate, Camtasia, etc.</li><li>
Ensuring product quality and timeliness of work, providing advice and guidance, resolving problems to meet objectives, and providing periodic performance reports</li></ul>

<ul><li>Creating training content including templates, graphics, audio/visual materials, activity guides, and other classroom materials</li><li>
Updating and maintaining training material to include new products or software</li><li>
Collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to help define and create training materials</li><li>
Facilitate training sessions onsite, online, or on-demand</li><li>
Apply instructional design theory and utilize instructional technology tools to enhance learning and ensure that design and delivery are consistent with identified learning goals/objectives</li><li>

GP Strategies Government Solutions has an opening for an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) with photography skills. This position is primarily based in Auburn and Frederickson, Washington, with additional trips to Renton and Seattle as needed. Mileage for this travel is reimbursed. This is a full-time, benefitted position and supports a large aviation client.
SUMMARY: Applies formalized educational processes to develop training programs for employees of industrial, commercial, service, or government organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>
Applies instructional systems methodology (e.g., Instructional Systems Development, Systems Approach to Training, or Training Systems Development) to ensure integrity of the training development process</li><li>
Performs needs, job, audience, and task analyses to determine training requirements; incorporates analyses outcomes into proposals for curriculum or course design</li><li>
Engages with client stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to solicit information as required during all phases of the project, and to provide suggestions or feedback where appropriate</li><li>
Facilitates or actively participates in meetings - in person and virtually - to solicit information required for learning design and development activities</li><li>
Designs and collaborates in development of learning resources in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, and animation technologies to support project requirements: Designs instructor-led training using training methods and multi-media products that engage participants and facilitate the transfer of knowledge or skills, designs web-based training that engages participants through interactive exercises, videos, and animations, uses creative writing to generate video scripts, scenarios, case studies and other products that enhance the learning process</li><li>
Validates learning solutions through implementation of objectives and assessments that promote learning and evaluate product effectiveness</li><li>
Delivers according to deadlines to ensure timely completion of project components</li><li>
Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods</li><li>
Maintains training programs and materials</li><li>
Works well independently and as a collaborative member of a team</li></ul>
Location 
This position will be mostly spent in Auburn/Fredrickson, Washington, but will travel to Renton and Seattle. Mileage expenses will be covered as needed.
Skills and Experience:<ul><li>
Instructional Design skills such as adult learning theory, writing, story telling, etc.</li><li>
Interview skills &ndash; ability to put people at ease and good listening skills</li><li>
Photography skills &ndash; the ability to capture an image and use all of the features of a camera</li><li>
Adobe Suite applications &ndash; especially Photoshop to edit photos and Illustrator which is used to create new graphics or recreate images</li><li>
Aviation industry background in maintenance and engineering a plus</li><li>
Former military and/or aerospace experience a plus</li><li>
Security clearance a plus</li></ul>

What You'll Do: 
Learn and master HASTUS to provide ongoing support to Digital Modernization (DM) and the Bus & Rail Scheduling Operations teams
 
Design, develop, and deliver technical training across multiple formats, including classroom, video, CBTs, and seminars
 
Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online resources (CBTs)
 
Assess the effectiveness of HASTUS training using evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics; make necessary content adjustments
 
Collaborate with subject matter experts, DM teams, and HR/Payroll to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and operational needs
 
Identify and resolve training‑related issues
 
Communicate and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
 
What You'll Need
 
Required: 
10+ years developing and designing technical training content
 
10+ years delivering technical systems training
 
10+ years in curriculum development and technical training execution
 
8+ years developing training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and CBTs
 
2+ years of experience with transit scheduling & daily operations systems (e.g., Trapeze or HASTUS)
 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
 
Strong understanding of technical subject matter and relevant technologies
 
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
 
Ability to break down and explain complex technical concepts clearly
 
Ability to identify training needs and troubleshoot training‑related issues
