GovCIO is currently hiring for a RSNF Asset Property Management and Training Supervisor to provide specialized training and advisory services to optimize asset management practices within the Royal Saudi Naval Force (RSNF). This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA and will be an onsite position.
 
Responsibilities: 
Develop tailored training programs, conduct assessments, and offer expert advice to enhance asset utilization and lifecycle management, specifically within the logistics domain
 
Develop customized training modules focused on logistics-centric asset management principles, strategies, and procedures aligned with RSNF's operational requirements
 
Assess current logistics asset management processes to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline logistics operations, enhance supply chain efficiency, and reduce costs
 
Provide expert guidance and advisory support to RSNF personnel on logistics-specific asset management, best practices, including inventory management, transportation optimization, and warehouse operations

Qualifications: 
Bachelors degree with 5-8 yrs experience
 
Shall have a bachelor’s degree in a field related to the assigned program or position AND a minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in the associated functional tasks - OR – ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in the associated functional tasks.

 Minimum of 3+ years working in a learning and development environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Curriculum development and/or graphical &amp; informational design experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Instructional design experience including production and management of e-learning content
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience developing and managing training programs and measuring their impact / ROI
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in contact center management and training (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn and adapt to new systems (as required by the role)

 Availability to work graveyard, weekends and/or holidays

 A willingness to work overtime as determined by business needs
