The Border Security Transformation Manager will lead a dynamic and cross functional team supporting U.S Federal border security customers.  </li>
 <li>
 Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and reporting tools.

 Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans. Act as a change champion across Finance and the wider business.

 Academic Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Professional qualification preferred (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA:

 <li>
 MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Years of Experience:

 15+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, or ERP implementation roles.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Other Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience leading finance transformation in large, complex organizations (real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, or similar sectors preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on experience with SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC &ndash; FI/CO, integration points).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience delivering reporting transformation, including real-time or near real-time reporting solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing end-to-end system implementations or major enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in driving change and influencing senior stakeholders.
 </li>
