Oversee and coordinate operations of the Transit Stop Sign Shop.</li><li>
Update signage and decal processes related to service changes, construction activity, and detours.</li><li>
Print, laminate, and prepare bus stop decals for field installation.</li><li>
Monitor sign shop inventory, including signposts, hardware, and materials.</li></ul><p><b>
Data, Asset Management &amp; GIS Coordination</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee and manage transit stop data within EAM, Esri/GIS, and agency asset and work management platforms, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, system coordination, and reliable data to support service planning, maintenance activities, performance tracking, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Ensure accurate cataloging of all transit stop amenities through field data collection and quality assurance checks.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records for preventive maintenance, service requests, resident requests, expenditures, and work in progress.</li><li>
Maintain GIS accuracy for transit stop assets, including WeGo Bus Stop New Sign Installation and NMTA Bus Stop Asset dashboards.</li><li>
Utilize asset management software to develop, schedule, and track preventive maintenance activities.</li><li>
Compile and report monthly operational data, performance metrics, and statistics.</li><li>
Act as liaison with internal departments to ensure timely communication and execution of transit stop changes.</li></ul><p><b>
Customer Complaints, ADA &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to transit stops, including Trapeze COM issues.</li><li>
Assist with implementation and tracking of the ADA Transition Plan as it relates to transit stops.</li><li>
Track ADA-compliant stops and maintain accurate ADA records within EAM and Esri/GIS and related systems.</li><li>
Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to ADA compliance and accessibility improvements.</li></ul><p><b>
Supervision, Labor Relations &amp; Safety</b></p><ul><li>
Supervise and direct assigned union, ensuring work assignments are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.</li><li>
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.</li><li>
Lead, train, coach, and mentor employees in a positive and professional manner.</li><li>
Promote and enforce safe work practices and a safety-first culture.</li><li>
