Performs scheduling function for trips.2. Analyzes feedback concerning service delivery issues and recommends changes that will improve service.3. Monitors and adjust passenger schedules and vehicle load capacities as necessary to maintain operational effectiveness and efficiency.10. Completes and maintains late pick-up and cancellation records and prepares other required written documents, reports and logs.11. Works cooperatively with all departments and business contacts to ensure quality service is provided.12. Ensures that specific services are provided to meet the needs of particular clients.13. Provides assistance to drivers and passengers when an emergency situation develops, and assists central maintenance in routing of vehicles for repair.14. Position Description:
This position is within Kinder Morgan&rsquo;s Midstream group, reporting to the Manager &ndash; Commercial Scheduling. This individual is the main point of contact for customer inquiries, analyzing and resolving issues regarding daily scheduling activities for natural gas and gas liquids on the various Kinder Morgan assets. These activities include nominations, confirmations, scheduling, allocations, and transportation logistics. This candidate should understand upstream and downstream departmental relations, as well as work closely with Operations and Commercial teams.
Essential duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>
Communicate with internal and external customers, operations, marketing, and pipeline personnel on daily and monthly scheduled activities.</li><li>
Establish and maintain positive relationships with producers, marketers, pipelines, and various internal business owners.</li><li>
Managing daily transportation logistics and schedules for all NGL products and residue gas.</li><li>
Daily confirmations with point operators which can include rail, barge, trucks, and pipelines.</li><li>
Participating in the on-call rotation and ability to work weekend, evening, or holiday shifts when scheduled.</li><li>
Responding accurately and timely to customer inquiries concerning operations and/or contract requirements.</li><li>
