<div><p><b><i>Who We Are:</i></b></p>
<p>Symetria Recovery is the #1 outpatient rehab in Illinois and Texas. It started with three simple, yet game-changing core beliefs: Addiction is a disease; co-occurring mental health conditions should be addressed, and patients deserve respect, not judgement. Symetria Recovery provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment with a focus on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in a welcoming outpatient setting. Unlimited clinical services are available to our patients under our bundled-service delivery model. Key services delivered through our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) licensure include MAT, medically monitored psychiatric care, individual therapy, group therapy (IOP), 6-day-per-week nursing care, and ongoing aftercare. Most of our patients being provided with medication receive Buprenorphine products, but they can also receive Methadone, and any other FDA-approved medication for addiction.</p>
<p><b><i>What You Will Do:</i></b></p>
<ul><li>Provide a leading role in treatment decisions by working closely with the Director of Nursing, Medical Provider, clinical staff, and Program Director.</li>
<li>Responsible for dispensing medications and ensuring the appropriate medical care is administered for patients in recovery.</li>
<li>Daily interactions with patients to provide support while assisting to improve their health and well-being.</li>
<li>Monitors patient's vital signs for dose changes and other physical health information, maintains accurate records reflecting data, including general information relating to treatment results.</li>
<li>Collects blood samples from patients and monitors and attends to the physical needs of the patient.</li>
<li>Administers injectable medications, ensuring accurate prescribed dosage and timely delivery, educating clients in management of side effects, and obtaining pre-authorization of prescriptions/medications from pharmacy, when needed.</li>
<li>Administers and reads PPD, pregnancy tests, tuberculosis screening tests, and drug screens on patients and documents results.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate inventory counts of all medicines and medical supplies and ensures adequate replacements are ordered on a timely basis, as well as reconciling inventory of Methadone, Suboxone, and Subutex at conclusion of dosing.</li>
<li>Follows all Symetria policies, state regulations, federal guidelines, and DEA regulations.</li>
<li>Employees are expected to perform all duties in accordance to work schedule and as assigned.</li>
<li>The ability to travel to other clinics within the Houston area (Spring, College Station, Sugar Land, and Houston).
</li></ul><p><b><i>Who You Are:</i></b></p>
<ul><li>1-year+ experience as an LVN, LPN, or RN required</li>
<li>Must have a current and valid LVN, LPN, or RN license with no restrictions and licensed within the state of Texas.</li>
<li>Active driver's license in the state of the assigned clinic.
</li><li>Experience dispensing, handling, ordering, and stocking medications</li>
<li>Experience working as an LVN, LPN, or RN in a substance abuse treatment (preferably MAT) or behavioral health setting preferred</li>
<li>Experience using KIPU or other EMR</li>
<li>Knowledge of addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of recovery process and terminology preferred</li>
<li>Ability to follow and provide clear, detailed instructions.</li>
<li>Skilled at multitasking and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with patients and staff.</li>
<li>Capable of working under pressure while staying organized and focused.</li>
<li>Physically able to perform occasional bending, reaching, and stretching.</li>
<li>Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to concentrate for extended periods.</li><li>
Full-time position (40 hours per week) - Monday-Friday 5:30am-2pm and alternating Saturday mornings (6:30am-9am). Hours may vary per clinic.</li>

<p>Compensation for this position is based on market analysis and will be determined by additional factors such as location/state, skills, years of experience, relevant credentials, and education. The posted compensation range for this role is $31.00 to $34.00 per hour.
