The Behavior Analyst Trainees at USDC work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and with other team members to provide and improve behavioral health services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Behaviorists as USDC work on a holistic, beautiful, residential campus to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and train behavior support plans, and collaborate across the interdisciplinary teams. They also train staff members in behavior support and intervention. BCBA Fieldwork supervision is provided.
Examples of Duties:<ul><li>
Conduct functional behavior assessments to understand the root causes of behaviors.</li><li>
Develop individualized behavior support plans based on the functional behavior assessment.</li><li>
Collect and analyze data.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with team members and family members.</li><li>
Ensure behavior support plans follow ethical guidelines, relevant regulations, and in accordance with best practices.</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in applied behavior analysis.</li><li>

We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. In this role, you will implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in their homes and at our centers.
For BTs providing in-home sessions you are never working in isolation &mdash; our model centers on consistent clinical support from your supervising BCBA and our broader clinical team. You will receive weekly supervision, along with regular connection and check-ins to ensure sessions are going well between supervision visits.
