Daily Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Deliver materials to job site</li>
<li>Inspect and report truck issues</li>
<li>Assist in loading and storing of materials</li>
<li>Organize and secure loads</li>
<li>Assist forklift operators when loading</li>
<li>Adhering to safety standard and DOT guidelines</li>
<li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections required by OSHA, DOT, and Sutter Roofing</li>
<li>Plan routes and meet delivery schedules</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong safety awareness</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all roads and transport rules and regulations</li>
<li>Confirm any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving</li>
<li>Maintain safe and clean equipment. Check, tires, cables, cylinders and other crane functions to ensure safe operation.</li>
<li>Willing to assist with other work when Crane / Driving work is not available.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

<li>Must have a NCCCO Crane Certification</li>
<li>Must maintain a current minimum Class B CDL License (Class A Preferred) as required</li>
<li>1 year Crane Operator NCCCO experience</li>

<div>Summary: The overhead crane operator is responsible for pulling slab orders accurately and safely. This task will be performed using the overhead cranes. 
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>
Pull slabs from the warehouse from the slab orders provided</li><li>
Move slabs to loading areas by using overhead cranes</li><li>
Load slabs on customer&rsquo;s vehicle/truck</li><li>
Ensure that product is well secured on vehicle/truck and takes all necessary safety measures</li><li>
Unload slabs from containers using forklifts</li><li>
Arrange slabs properly by forklift/crane in Slab Warehouse</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining the slab warehouse clean and safe for staff and customers</li><li>
