Overview of the role

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Product Manager &ndash; Trucks (Light Duty &amp; Heavy Duty) to lead the growth, positioning, and lifecycle management of our truck portfolio in the UAE.

This role acts as the key link between the OEM, sales teams, technical functions, and customers&mdash;ensuring the right product mix, pricing strategy, and specifications for both LD and HD trucks are aligned with market demand, tender requirements, and profitability goals. You will play a critical role in driving fleet business, strengthening market positioning, and delivering sustainable growth across multiple truck segments. 


What you will do

Product Strategy &amp; Portfolio Management
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute product strategy for Light Duty (LD) and Heavy Duty (HD) trucks across fleet, logistics, and construction segments</li>
<li>Manage the full product lifecycle including launch, positioning, upgrades, and phase-out</li>
<li>Define product specifications aligned with customer applications and UAE regulations</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks across segments</li>
</ul>
Commercial &amp; Profitability Management
<ul>
<li>Drive volume, revenue, and gross margin performance across LD and HD truck portfolios</li>
<li>Define and manage pricing strategy in alignment with business objectives</li>
<li>Ensure optimal product mix across segments to maximize profitability</li>
<li>Support business case development for new models, variants, and configurations</li>
</ul>
Customer &amp; Tender Management
<ul>
<li>Act as the product subject matter expert for fleet customers and key accounts</li>
<li>Lead technical support for tenders, ensuring accurate specifications and compliance</li>
<li>Support large fleet deals and government projects in collaboration with sales teams</li>
<li>Ensure timely response to customer technical and commercial requirements</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Coordination
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, After-Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams</li>
<li>Align product availability with sales forecasts and pipeline requirements</li>
<li>Support product launches, campaigns, and customer demonstrations</li>

Product Performance &amp; Continuous Improvement

<li>Monitor product performance, uptime, and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Gather feedback from customers and field teams to continuously improve product offering</li>
<li>Coordinate with OEMs to resolve product-related issues</li></ul>
