As an Institutional Trust Administrator I within PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
 
In this role, you will work on a variety of tasks associated with supporting new and existing Institutional accounts. It will be helpful for the candidate to understand the workflows necessary for the specific account types and requests. It will be necessary for the candidate to display an ability to effectively communicate with teammates and other internal partners, exercise a high level of attention to detail, and be responsible to identify risk.
 
You will be expected to work from the Pittsburgh office for one week, six times a year (every other month).
 
This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Job Description
 In a team setting, provides consistent and efficient support for new and ongoing clients. Manages workload to meet service levels.
 Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes.
 Acts as a point of contact for team and service partners and may act as an escalation point for client implementation and servicing issues.
 Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
 May perform general administrative support.

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Prepare new account paperwork, as required.</li><li>
Analyze anticipated income to insure sufficient cash is maintained to meet beneficiary distributions, banks fees, trust bills, etc.</li><li>
Obtain missing documents from clients.</li><li>
For Trust accounts, initiate annual administrative review of accounts. Review files for completed forms, codes, review payments and transactions and for accuracy. Review forms to ensure they are consistent with the Trust Document.</li><li>
Produce and review various tax reports for clients and intermediaries. Research tax deficiency notices. Pay estimated taxes and allocates tax payments between principal and income, file returns, and maintains tax calendars. Communicate with Tax Vendor and external intermediaries.</li><li>

OVERVIEW:
The Fiduciary Advisor owns fiduciary judgment and risk decisions across the client lifecycle, ensuring fiduciary matters are evaluated and documented in alignment with governing documents, applicable law, and Glenmede&rsquo;s fiduciary standards. The Fiduciary Advisor guides fiduciary review for new appointments and complex administrative matters, frames risk and maintains a defensible decision record through clear fact gathering, analysis, and documentation. The Fiduciary Advisor partners closely with client-facing teams, including Wealth Advisors and Relationship Managers, and escalates to Glenmede&rsquo;s internal Fiduciary Practices Committee and internal legal counsel as required by policy and risk thresholds.
This role supports a consistent client experience by enabling timely decisions while preserving appropriate governance, escalation, and documentation standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fiduciary Judgment, Risk Framing, and Decision Support<ul><li>
Guide fiduciary review for complex trust administration matters, including identification of fiduciary risk, framing of options, and documentation of the decision basis and rationale.</li><li>
Lead fact gathering and analysis to support appropriate fiduciary outcomes, including confirmation of governing document requirements and fiduciary authority relevant to the decision.</li><li>
Lead escalation to committee, fiduciary leadership, or internal legal counsel and ensure escalation materials are complete, clear, and decision ready.</li></ul>
Acceptance, Onboarding, and Fiduciary Review<ul><li>
Guide fiduciary review for new fiduciary appointments and complex structures, ensuring governing documents meet Glenmede&rsquo;s standards and can be administered prudently and efficiently.</li><li>
Partner with Business Development, Relationship Management, Fiduciary Practices Committees and onboarding teams to address fiduciary issues early in the process, reducing downstream execution risk and rework.</li><li>
Provide documented fiduciary feedback through established review channels to support onboarding continuity and a clear record of decision making.</li></ul>
Cross Functional Collaboration and Client Support<ul><li>
Serve as a fiduciary subject matter resource to internal partners by providing clear, practical guidance on fiduciary administration, governance, and risk implications.</li><li>
Collaborate with clients&rsquo; and beneficiaries&rsquo; counsel and other advisors, as appropriate, to propose solutions that align fiduciary relationships with Glenmede standards.</li><li>
Support a consistent client experience by enabling timely fiduciary decisions that colleagues can reliably execute.</li></ul>
Standards, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Reinforce fiduciary standards through coaching, case-based feedback, and participation in training efforts to improve consistency and decision quality across the organization.</li><li>
Identify recurring fiduciary risk themes and documentation gaps and recommend improvements to procedures, templates, and escalation thresholds.</li></ul>
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li><li>
8+ years of experience in trust administration and fiduciary decision making within a trust company or financial services environment.</li></ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Demonstrated strength exercising fiduciary judgment on complex trust administration matters, including risk framing, escalation decisioning, and documentation discipline.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of trust and fiduciary concepts, estate planning structures, and fiduciary and transfer taxation considerations as applied in day-to-day and onboarding.</li><li>
Proven ability to partner effectively with relationship teams and internal stakeholders to drive timely outcomes while maintaining fiduciary governance standards.</li><li>
Collaborative approach with strong communication skills and the ability to balance responsiveness with control discipline.</li></ul>

OVERVIEW:
Glenmede is seeking a motivated and client-service-oriented Fiduciary Associate to join our Fiduciary Practices Team. The Fiduciary Associate serves as a data integrity monitor across the trust administration life cycle. This role offers growth potential, with opportunities to develop domain expertise in fiduciary administration and advance within a collaborative and high-performing organization.
This position acts as a central point of contact and ambassador for the Fiduciary Practices Team among the broader organization. This is a visible role within Glenmede which requires attention to detail, a client service mindset and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business Activity<ul><li>
Ensure fiduciary new business submissions are complete and conform to Glenmede&rsquo;s pre-acceptance policies.</li><li>
Coordinate with Client Onboarding Specialists to efficiently onboard new trust relationships.</li><li>
Partner with Business Development and Relationship Management colleagues to facilitate smooth additions and onboarding of trust relationships.</li><li>
Confirm completeness and consistency of fiduciary data after onboarding</li></ul>
Oversight and Reporting<ul><li>
Partner with beneficiary and co-trustee facing colleagues to support collection of data required for sound trust administration.</li><li>
Validate data related to trust administration to ensure adherence to Glenmede&rsquo;s policies and procedures.</li><li>
Ensure organization of required documentation to support trust administration.</li><li>
Maintain procedures to support compliance.</li><li>
Develop and maintain efficient reporting processes and controls.</li><li>
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve data quality and accuracy.</li></ul>
Special Projects<ul><li>
Track and support meeting project timelines, milestones and deliverables for fiduciary special projects.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows.</li><li>
Support implementation of best practices in fiduciary practices group.</li><li>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>

Experience with data management, documentation, and reporting in a financial services or similarly regulated environment.</li><li>
