Job Summary</p><p>
We&rsquo;re seeking a motivated and reliable Irrigation &amp; Turf Care Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with a weekend-focused schedule, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow in the landscaping industry.</p><p>
Responsibilities</p><ul><li>
Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems (pipes, valves, heads, controllers, sensors)</li><li>
Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments with precision</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve irrigation and turf care issues</li><li>
Communicate effectively with customers and team members</li><li>
Safely operate landscaping equipment</li><li>
Lift/carry 35&ndash;80 lbs and work in all weather conditions</li><li>
Assist with daily wrap-up and prep for the next day</li></ul><p>
Requirements</p><ul><li>
Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation preferred</li><li>
Willingness to complete required certifications within 6 months</li><li>
Clean driving record and experience towing a trailer</li><li>

Your Responsibilities as an Irrigation Technician</b></p><ul><li>Front-Line Employee &ndash;</li></ul><p>
o You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You&rsquo;ll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care of our customers&rsquo; properties.</p><p>
o The team looks to you to Repair pipe, heads, valves, wire, controller, and sensors. In addition, you must be able to operate basic equipment safely and troubleshoot.</p><p>
o The team looks to you to perform basic tasks related to fertilization and lawn treatments at high levels of quality and service delivery.</p><p>
o You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.</p><p>
o You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Job Requirements for Irrigation/Turf Care Technician</b></p><ul><li>Prior experience in the landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.</li><li>If you don&rsquo;t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training to get all required certifications and licenses within 6 months.</li></ul><p>
In addition, there are a few additional minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.</p><ul><li>Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Benefits &amp; Pay</b></p><p>
The starting pay range for this position is $20.00 to $24.00 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional as well as in leading a team.</p><p></p><p><br>
