We're hiring a Creative Strategist / UGC Creator to own the creative side of our brand and client content — someone who can think strategically, move fast on camera, and turn briefs into scroll-stopping content.
 
Tasks

<li>Create UGC-style video content for organic social (TikTok, Instagram Reels) — both for the agency brand and client campaigns</li>
<li>Collaborate with the media buying team to develop ad concepts based on performance data</li>
<li>Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs that align with each brand's angle and audience</li>
